The patch vs PvP

This following link supposedly shows a Holy specced priest v 1.10 wiping the floor with well everyone in PvP.
Was wondering had other seen it, your thoughts opinions. I am fairly new to the lvl60 priest thing but I have NEVER seen anything I throw as a healer do 1800 damage crit or not. So either I am really really doing something wrong, or well something else stinks.
Does 1.10 really make priests this much better in PvP? What new would make THAT much difference?
Maybe I just don't want to believe I am THAT bad at playing my character (although I think I do pretty well as a healing character).
