Rank 3 BoL is actually 400/115 not 400/135.

It does NOT get scaled down like +heal gear, because it's already spell-specific. If you took the 115 for FoL and scaled it to 41%, then that'd only be like +50. And also if it was like +heal gear, they could use the same bonus for both spells since they get scaled according to speed anyway.

I know that HL4 still gains the full +400 from BoL3. This makes it by far the most efficient heal in the game. Any number crunching on Paladin heals needs to include BoL or it will be very misleading to non-paladins reading it.

Thanks for the heads up. I've corrected the chart to adjust for the 12% mana reduction of Flash of Light instead of a 12% heal increase.

Blessing of Light is extremely efficient for healing tanks. It enerates the following + Heals

Level Rank Mana Holy LIght Flasht of Light
40 1 85 +210 +60
50 2 110 +300 +85
60 3 135 +400 +135

NOTE: The +Heal difference between HL and FL is proportionate to the average amounts healed.

Question 1: Does this +Heal work the same way exactly as gear +Healing? I assume so but wonder if there is any contrary evidence.

Question 2: What fraction of this works on the various lower rank HL and FL spells?
