A balenced holy/disc build can also be effect for PvP. Just bear in mind that it is a completely different mind set than a shadow/disc build.
As a holy priest, you main job is to not get hit, aviod agro, and heal (Ok occasional DOT or Holy Fire). For PvP, just have inner fire/fade on and outlast your opponents. It really fustrates the other side when you constantly renew and heal.

Inspiration: 25% more armor with crit
*Consider combining Inspiration with the Inner Focus when major boss fights start by casting Heal or Greater Heal. You get a mana free cast, that has an additional 20% chance to crit, and buffs the tanks armor by 25%. This is great to start a long fight and costs nothing but gains lots.
Mental Stregnth: 10% free mana
Devine Fury: A 0.4 second reduction for greater heal / heal. Given greater heal and heal are the most mana efficient spells out there, they should be the top spells to spam out there. Flash Heal is a band aid type heal that is least mana efficient.
