Well i mostly PvP along (in group) with a shaman or a mage.
It may be that when i group with a mage and the amount of honor is 100 - divided by 2 then it's slow honor.
But the mage might get attacked cuz he's ahead of the healer, when the mage is healed he can take 2 or 3 more enemies down. Those would have killed him without a healer.
So i would still group with a healer anyway i play the healer or the damagedealer...
