can someone please list the best 3 piece trans to have and the best 5 proph gear
i have heard mixing these items is awsome with the combine set bonus's thanks in advance for your time ..btw iam a raid healer spec priest ony,mc,bwl etc

This is a complete non-issue...
If you have the DKP to buy an epic when it drops then get it. It will be better than your current gear. If you think that tier 2 is going to be easy to get then you must be playing a different game to me!! 
Can't wait to get 3 Tier 2, 30% regen in combat ... hmmmmmm

Short answer:
Prophecy: Belt+Gloves+Bracers
Transcendance: On all other slots.
Long answer:
If you are in a guild that is clearing BWL regulary it is indeed smart to think a bit ahead on what items to get or you will perhaps never be able to take the items that you really want to have.
This subject is really rather complex, and to start out I must say that you should not use 5 Prophecy parts. 2% crit doesn't outweigh what you gain from using other items in the end. However, in many situations the 5part Transcendance bonus is interesting. I would say that you should try to get gear where you have 3 Prophecy and 3 Transcendance with an option to put on 5 Transcendance when you consider it worth it.
After this we have to establish what gear is in reach for you, since I do not know if you are in a guild that are still struggling to kill Ragnaros or if you are in a guild that has killed C'Thun I'm simply going to assume that you have nefarian down but havn't yet entered AQ.
So, with that out of the way we can start looking at what the best reachable gear is for each of the 8 slots that are interesting for setitems. (This is my evaluation, not everyone would agree on them but few priests in the endgame would say that I'm way out of line here)
Head: Halo of Transcendence
Shoulders: Pauldrons of Transcendence
Chest: Robes of Transcendence
Wrist: Bindings of Transcendence
Belt: Girdle of Prophecy
Hands: Gloves of Prophecy
Legs: Leggings of Transcendence
Feet: Boots of Transcendence
So, if you just took the best gear on all slots you would end up with 6 Transcendance and 2 Prophecy. Then we just have to find out what Prophecy part is closest to Transcendance so that you get the 3part bonus. And that would be the Vambraces of Prophecy. The end result would be.
Head: Halo of Transcendence
Shoulders: Pauldrons of Transcendence
Chest: Robes of Transcendence
Wrist: Vambraces of Prophecy
Belt: Girdle of Prophecy
Hands: Gloves of Prophecy
Legs: Leggings of Transcendence
Feet: Boots of Transcendence
*note that there is better gear in AQ, if those are accessable it gets more complicated.

thanks jeni for the reply yes we have ony and mc as farming status bwl is kinda tough depending on jow many vetrans sign up that perticlur nites raid but once we get everybody geared the same iam sure it wille easier 4 us ...as far as aq goes thats kicking our but atm had a new record repair bill 15g ..lol i have decided iam gonna to put my attention on bwl till we get that on farm status before i return to aq again we cant even kill the 1st boss there in aq 20
