Tonight I'll be doing my first Onyxia run, but I don't know much about it.
Does anyone have any advice or healing strategies that may be useful?

Hope you've done good.
I've done it first time last saturday. I found it not very technical for priest. Basically, you just follow the moves of other. First part is only MT healing. Second part is a bit chaotic, I used a lot of renew, fade every now and then to generate less aggro, and do what I could. Last part is also basically heal MT and care a little about others and hope you resist fear (I did twice  ). It very depends on your MT in this fight.
