Wow nice mod, I love it.
My only issue is that I am addicted to the SelfCast mod (configure it to cast any spell on yourself if you are holding down ALT, for example). While raiding I generally never un-target the main tank and just shield, renew or flash myself by holding down ALT while hitting my hotkey. With BestBuff this functionality is disabled; it ignores the fact that I am holding down the alt key and just casts whatever spell hotkey I hit on my target. Enabling the Self Cast portion of this addon does work, but it requires you do have NO TARGET at all, meaning I would have to unselect the main tank (or whoever) to cast heals/dispells/whatever, on myself.
It would be awesome if BestBuff and SelfCast would work together, but I understand that the "target" portion of the BestBuff mod is probably a pretty important part of how the scripts are executed.

Hmm odd i got it to work with altcast perfectly fine. Only issue i have is when i use shield so i stopped using a best buff version of shield.
